There are only a few extensions missing from the Google Chrome/Chromium library that are limiting my complete conversion to Chrome on all OS platforms that I use.

I love Google Chrome (http://www.google.com/chrome/) - it's fast, sleek, lightweight, and now runs on all of the major OS platforms that I use. The only thing missing for me to make the complete switch (i.e. not having both Firefox AND Chrome open all the time) are a GMail checking client capable of accessing multiple GMail accounts, and a Twitter client with the same capability.

The GMail Manager Add-On for Firefox (http://www.longfocus.com/firefox/gmanager/) is basically my email client now. I can check all my GMail accounts (personal, business, junk) from within Firefox. I also use EchoFon (formerly TwitterFox - http://www.echofon.com/) to check and tweet to multiple Twitter accounts (again, one for business, one personal).

I've checked into modifying some of the current Chrome/Chromium GMail clients to handle multiple accounts, however there doesn't seem to be a good way of storing passwords for those accounts locally and securely - Chrome extensions can't yet access Chrome's built-in password manager, and using HTML5's LocalStorage doesn't seem to be a good solution as encryption would have to be coded to store passwords in a secure fashion.

A lot of the code code be shared between these modules in terms of password stores. Alas, I have very little time myself to get into coding these apps. I guess I'll just have to wait until someone creates these modules. When that happens, I'll be a full-time Chrome/Chromium user.
